The Green Expo Tatton Group Innovation in Residential Markets Award 2022 was won by The Urban Growth Company (UGC) for their work on The Hub. The Hub is a residential, business  and transportation development.

Henry Brooks, founder and director of The Tatton Estate who presented the award added; “The Tatton Estate champions development and innovation which is sympathetic to local communities and the wider environment. The UGC is testament to how residential development can be done right, with their comprehensive approach to business, transport and sustainability. The other shortlisted companies, Eco Res and Ecotek Homes are also very innovative, providing new approaches to residential markets.” He added; “The Tatton Estate is very proud to be supporting organisations and initiatives which ensure that the North West is leading the way on Net Zero investment.”
